We are excited to have you join our platform! To ensure everything goes smoothly and your selling experience is successful, all vendors need to complete the Veiera Vendor Agreement. Here’s everything you need to know:
What is the Vendor Agreement?
The Vendor Agreement is a document that explains the rules and conditions for selling on Veiera. It includes:
Your responsibilities as a vendor, such as listing products, fulfilling orders, and providing customer service.
Veiera’s services, fees, and intellectual property rights.
Why Should You Complete It?
Protects Both Parties: The agreement clarifies all expectations and helps make sure the marketplace is fair and secure for both vendors and customers.
Avoids Account Suspension: You need to upload the agreement during signup or within 30 days to avoid having your account suspended. We recommend doing it during signup for the best experience.
How to Complete the Agreement?
Download the Agreement: Scroll down to the bottom of this page and download the agreement file, It will be available in both English and Arabic, and you can fill out either one.
Fill It Out: Carefully read and complete the agreement, including:
Your Store Name (exactly as it appears on your store).
Your Business Identification (this could be your Commercial Registration Number, Tax Card Number, National ID Number, Owner ID, or Passport Number, whichever applies).
Upload the Agreement: Upload the completed agreement (PDF or JPG format) to your Veiera account during signup or within 30 days.
By completing the Vendor Agreement, you’ll be ready to start selling on Veiera and reach a global audience of customers!
