All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Options & Delivery Time:


Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 3 business days


Other Governorates: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas or during high-demand seasons.



Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Additional Notes:


All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Refund Policy

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an easy return process under the following conditions:

Return Period:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on innerwear or accessories.


Return Process:

Contact our customer support with your order number to request a return.

Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled through our courier partner.

After we receive and inspect the item, a store credit or refund will be issued within 7 business days.


Notes:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation:


Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipping.


Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.



Return & Refund:


Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.


Innerwear and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.


Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.



Exchange:


Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.


Items must meet the same return conditions.


Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or item.


If the requested item is not available, store credit or a refund will be offered.



Defective or Wrong Items:


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.


We will cover all shipping costs for returns or exchanges in such cases.
