Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Popl! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Popl product. In the event you need to return your Popl, please review the following guidelines:

Returns:

We offer a 14-day return window for all Popl products, starting from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your Popl must be returned in its original, unused, and unactivated condition.
  • This means the product packaging must be unopened and the Popl itself cannot have been linked to any online profile or activated for use.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that are used, activated, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any charges associated with shipping and handling.

Warranty:

Popl products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by user misuse, neglect, or accidents.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the following options:

  • Contact Information: Provide your contact details and briefly explain the reason for your return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned Popl, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to any online payment method.

Please note: It may take several days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
