  • Shipping Times: We strive to deliver your order within 2-4 business days. In some cases, we may be able to deliver even sooner ("ASAP"). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Returns & Refunds: We accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us for return instructions.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. This means:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear and tear.
    • All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, accessories, and any other included items, must be returned.
    • Any protective seals or tags must be intact.
  • 14-Day Limit: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through the Veiera marketplace messaging system. We will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return address.

  • Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable for hygiene or other reasons. These will be clearly marked in the product description.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).  

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.  

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel an order, return an item, or exchange it for something else. This policy outlines our procedures for each scenario:

I. Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our return policy (see below).
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately through the Veiera marketplace messaging system. Be sure to include your order number.
  • Refund for Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

II. Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 14 days of the date you received your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. This means:
      • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear and tear.
      • All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, accessories, and any other included items, must be returned.
      • Any protective seals or tags must be intact.
    • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons. These will be clearly marked in the product description.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us through the Veiera marketplace messaging system to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. We will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return address.
    3. Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping.
    4. Ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.  
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.  

III. Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact us through the Veiera marketplace messaging system to request an exchange. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
    2. We will confirm the availability of the exchange item and provide you with further instructions.
    3. You will need to return the original item following the return process outlined above.
    4. Once we receive the original item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will ship the exchange item to you.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

IV. Final Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • This policy applies to purchases made through the Veiera marketplace.
