Within Egypt: Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days after production is complete.
We'll notify you as soon as your order is out for delivery.

We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
💵 Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees depend on your location and will be confirmed during the order process.

Refund Policy
At InkOra, every product is made especially for you — with custom designs, premium materials, and lots of care. 🎨✨
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a production error or the item arrives damaged.
🛠 If there's an issue with your order:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
Send us a clear photo of the item and describe the issue.
If the issue is confirmed (e.g. printing error, wrong product, or damage during delivery), we’ll offer a replacement or refund — no worries!
⏳ Timeline for resolution:
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to resolve the issue.
Replacements are prioritized and shipped at no additional cost.
🚫 We cannot offer refunds for:
Change of mind after the order is placed.
Wrong laptop size provided by the customer.
Colors appearing slightly different due to screen settings.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At InkOra, every piece is custom-made just for you — so we put extra care into every step! 🎨✨
❌ Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After 12 hours, production may have started — and cancellations will no longer be possible.
🔁 Return:
Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:
The product is defective.
There was a production error.
The item arrived damaged.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and details of the issue.
🔄 Exchange:
We currently do not offer exchanges for:
Wrong sizes provided by the customer.
Change of mind or design preference after order confirmation.
