Delivery within Cairo and major governorates takes 3 to 5 days
Delivery to other governorates depends on the location.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping fees vary by location. For example, shipping to Cairo is currently 45 EGP.
Free shipping is available for orders of 3 or more items.
Delivery Areas:
We ship to all governorates within Egypt.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

Refund Policy

- Refunds are only applicable **if the product has a manufacturing defect** or if the wrong item was sent.
- The item must be **unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact**.
- Refund requests must be made within **2 days** of receiving the order.

- If the payment was made by **Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as **store credit or a bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests made **after the refund period (3 days).
