Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at bahyperfumes1@gmail.com within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Refund Policy
We accept returns for a refund if the product is unopened and in its original condition. To be eligible, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Once the return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
