Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return if the conditions are met.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product was damaged or broken upon delivery.

• A completely different product was received.

• The order arrived with missing items.

Return Conditions:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Provide clear photos or a video as proof of the issue.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened or used products.

• Personal care items such as skincare creams, shampoo, and opened beauty tools.

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts.

Exchange Policy

You may request a product exchange only if the item is damaged or different from what was ordered.
Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as changing your mind or opening the product.

Refund Process

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days,
or you may choose to receive a store credit of equal value for your next purchase.
