Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

❌ Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • After 12 hours, production may have started — and cancellations will no longer be possible.

🔁 Return:

  • Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:

    • There was a production error.

    • The item arrived damaged.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and details of the issue.

🔄 Exchange:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges for:
