Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after being handed over, depending on your location.
Shipping Cost: Shipping fees vary based on location and will appear at checkout before payment.
Courier Service: We work with the top delivery companies in Egypt to ensure fast and reliable service.
Possible Delays: In rare cases, there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control (such as weather conditions or courier load). If this occurs, we will inform the customer immediately.
Tracking: Once shipped, the customer will receive a message with the tracking number and courier details.
Refund Policy
At DYNAMIS, we care about the quality of every piece we deliver and want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.
However, in rare cases, if there’s a clear manufacturing defect or a wrong item sent, we offer a full refund.
Refund Conditions:
You can request a refund in case of:
A clear manufacturing defect.
Receiving the wrong product (e.g. size or design mismatch).
The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos showing the issue.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds are not accepted for items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At DYNAMIS, we understand that sizing might not always be perfect — that’s why we offer a flexible exchange policy in certain cases.
Exchange:
Items can be exchanged within 3 business days from the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
Exchange is available for sizes only, not for different designs.
If the size issue was our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost.
If the wrong size was chosen by the customer, the customer will cover the shipping cost.
Return:
Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or a clear order error.
The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
If the return is approved, we will cover the shipping cost.
Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation, as long as they haven’t been handed over to the courier.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the standard exchange/refund policy.
