  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will cover all return and exchange shipping fees.
  • If you wish to exchange due to size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refunds

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may request a return after receiving it.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, customized orders, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable, unless defective.
  • Returns due to defect or wrong item are free of charge; returns due to personal preference will require the customer to cover shipping costs.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or item change within the same 7-day window.
  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover all related shipping fees.
  • If the exchange is due to preference, the customer covers the return shipping and any additional delivery costs.
