Order Receipt
Within 24 hours of placing the order, the Definitions Team will confirm the order through a confirmed call with the customer. Calls are accepted from 11 AM to 9 PM.
If the order is placed on the website before 8 PM, it will be confirmed the same day to be dispatched for delivery the next day.
If the order is placed after 8 PM, it will be confirmed the next day and dispatched for delivery the day after.
Order Suspended
If there is no response to the initial payment request, an attempt will be made to contact the customer again on the same day.
If there is still no response after two attempts, a third and fourth attempt will be made the following day until the customer replies.
If there is still no response, a fifth, sixth, and seventh secret attempt will be made on the third day.
After all seven attempts fail, the order will be suspended.
Order Confirmed
After confirming the order, an official notification is sent to the customer regarding the province, along with the official delivery times:
Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: within working hours.
Lower Egypt provinces and Qalyubia: within three working days.
Upper Egypt provinces, Matrouh, and the Red Sea: up to 5 working days.
Waiting for Shipping Company
The shipment is being prepared and awaiting the shipping company to collect the product from our warehouse.
Out for Delivery
The order is handed over to the shipping company and will reach you within the official timeframes.
The delivery agent will contact the customer to schedule a suitable date and time.
Delivery Suspended
A suspension request is executed in several cases:
No response from the customer to the shipping company agent’s calls.
Any issue with the address or assistance needed from the customer to complete delivery.
Temporary suspension requested until the address is confirmed or a new number is provided by the merchant.
Suspension on the day of delivery for pickup arrangements.
Order Canceled or Refused
If the customer refuses the order or cancels it for any reason, the order status will be changed to "Refused" with reasons noted in the remarks log, and the earnings will be added back to your wallet.
Order Delivered
Your subscription’s earnings will appear within 6 to 12 hours after the customer confirms receipt, and will be available for withdrawal within 24 hours from the delivery date.
