Where Do I Put My Popl?

For iPhones: Place your Popl on the bottom of your phone. If you place it at the top, it will set off your phone’s reader constantly!
For most Androids: Place your Popl on the bottom as well
For Galaxies/Notes: Place your Popl at the top of your phone by your camera

Compatible Smartphones

For iPhones, the iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE and all future iPhones are compatible with the pop feature of Popl. When reading from the Popl app, iPhone 7 and newer are compatible with Popl! Just use the “Read a Popl” function in the main menu. Virtually all Android Smartphones are compatible with the pop feature of Popl. Even if you don’t have a compatible phone, you can still use Popl! Simply use the QR code on your Popl profile to share your info.

Returns:

We offer a 14-day return window for all Popl products, starting from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

To be eligible for a refund, your Popl must be returned in its original, unused, and unactivated condition.
This means the product packaging must be unopened and the Popl itself cannot have been linked to any online profile or activated for use.

Non-Refundable Items:

Products that are used, activated, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for any charges associated with shipping and handling.

Warranty:

Popl products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by user misuse, neglect, or accidents.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the following options:

Contact Information: Provide your contact details and briefly explain the reason for your return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
