1. Return Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will cover all return and exchange shipping fees.
If you wish to exchange due to size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us via email or social media within the return window. Please include your order number and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner or provide instructions for return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer, mobile wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash), or another suitable method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Hijabs that have been used, worn, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

At Naqsh, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may request a return after receiving it.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, customized orders, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable, unless defective.
Returns due to defect or wrong item are free of charge; returns due to personal preference will require the customer to cover shipping costs.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or item change within the same 7-day window.
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover all related shipping fees.
If the exchange is due to preference, the customer covers the return shipping and any additional delivery costs.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
