• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
