We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with the invoice and order number

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item has a defect

  • The item arrived damaged

In these cases, MARS will cover all shipping costs.

As an apology, a small gift will also be included with the replacement order whenever possible.
